Use websites like Respondent.io, User tester and Clickworker for a higher-paid survey that is not mind-numbingly boring. All you need is a laptop and the ability to record yourself. You will be talking about a product and your experience with it.

It is important to note that surveys are done by marketers trying to assess public opinion to improve their products. If you are in the marketing industry, or perhaps you were in it at some point in time, then do not mention it in your survey. Being a marketer can get you disqualified.

This my all-time favourite survey website because they have the highest pay rate for surveys online. The surveys are more interactive, so introverts will not like this one.

You will be able to browse projects that have the amount that you will earn stated in front of each one. The surveys could take 15-90 minutes, but the more time spent, the higher the payment. You may earn over 250 dollars for an hour of work, but realistically you will earn at the rate of 25$ an hour.

The work availability at first seems like it is overflowing, but when you start to surf the jobs, they are meant for people from all walks of life. This makes it seem as though there are numerous opportunities, but there are not.

Still, they keep updating and adding more jobs each day, so it is important to look to see what their new jobs are regularly.

Here is a website that also always has job availability. The site is well suited for introverts and social people alike.

When you have signed up to be a Clickworker, you will be asked about the types of jobs you are interested in. If you are a writer, they will do a small test to make sure you can write well, and then you will also be open to getting writing gigs.

You can get jobs that will help them train A.I., and you could be asked to take a picture of yourself at an event. For example, if you are at a concert, or the movies they will ask you to take a picture of your ticket.

They do also have surveys that you can fill out, similar to popular survey sites like Swagbucks.The pay-rate is higher than that of Swagbucks. They will assign multiple small jobs to you with a $70 compensation, or small tasks for a lower payment.

User tester

With this site, you will have to make a small video of yourself talking about your experience with a website they have assigned to you. You have to talk about your experiences with the site. It is recommended that you comment continuously, and make positive or negative commentary according to your user experience.

You do not need to be staring into the camera; instead, you will be talking as your camera is focused on your laptop screen. All you need is an external microphone while your laptop makes a screencast. You could just buy a pair of decent headphones with an attached microphone.

There is a step-by-step process of things User Tester will want you to do, or find, on the designated website.

It is almost worldwide and there is a list of countries that they accept applications from. The continents they accept countries from are Asia, the Middle East, the United States, Latin America, and Europe.

You will have to download a free software from User Tester to make your screen-casts. It is easy and hassle free.

Survey Junkie

Unlike Swagbucks, this survey site will send you a survey every day. If you live in the United States the payouts will be a little higher. I am not living in the States, and I am still happy with the amount of money they offer per survey.

People do not earn a thousand dollars a month, but you can earn a hundred or two. The reason I recommend this website is because they seem to be worldwide. The name can change from country to country. So if you are wondering if you can apply then search the words ‘Survey Junkie and the name of your country.’ The name might be changed to something like ‘Survey Yeah’.

Survey Junkie will send you jobs according to your profile. They will invite you to take part in the survey via an email, but if you open the invitation too late you may be disqualified. Make sure to check your email everyday. Do not worry because they do send the emails around the same time daily.

Two more survey sites to try

Appen and Pinecone Research are also legitimate websites, but I cannot ignore the fact that many people complain about how their accounts are terminated. It seems that after a person has worked with them for three years or more they are mysteriously dropped. Furthermore, the support systems for both of these survey companies are almost non-existent.

Online surveys are a great way to spend time online for a little money. There are many survey sites, but the ones I have listed have better payments for the time and work involved.
